What you need to bring:
- The complete document (do not sign it beforehand)
- A valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport)
- All parties required to sign the document must be present
* While walk-ins are generally welcome, we highly recommend calling ahead to ensure our Notary Public is currently in the office.
